Problem logging in to the Windows VPN?
Make sure that the newly added user is authorized for dial up access in Active Directory. It is specifically under the “Dial-In” tab. Make sure the “Allow Access” radio button is chosen.

If your ASP or ASP.NET application is not working, make sure to check Web Service Extensions. Confirm that ASP / ASP.NET is not prohibited.
